"Growing path", even in large companies, shall be personal!
Competition between talents to achieve a promotion and reach a unique position may generate friction and not build an environment where everyone is free to be himself and generate real value for their organization.
I am experimenting that managing each of my team member performances and growth in an #AGILE framework of objectives to be achieved, periodically monitored and eventually updated based on the experience we do togheter is the way to make everyone feel special.
