The former Peacock's Tearoom on Union Street in Glasgow. Easily over looked, this is a rather elegant Art Deco building which exudes a sense of understated beauty. Designed by Whyte and Galloway, and built around 1930, this was probably one of the last great purpose-built Glasgow tea rooms.

It's been a wild year and I'm still surprised that I completed as many #craft projects as I did. My favorite project is the #dollhouse #roombox #QuarterScale #Steampunk #TeaRoom in a hatbox I finally completed after five years of planning. I made everything except the wooden artwork on the walls, the tea sets (though I painted them) and the food. Yes, the lights work! Tables, chairs, and cabinet are made from cardstock. Penny for scale. #1:48
