Okey. Ya me han atrapado totalmente Tears for Fears con sus dos primeros álbumes.

Desde hace un par de meses escucho al grupo Tears for Fears.

Despues de años escuchando su canción Everybody Wants to Rule the World, me animé a escuchar un vídeo de grandes éxitos.

Hubo alguna canción que me llamó la atención, asi que me puse a escuchar su primer disco, el cual me gustó mucho desde el primer momento. Pale Shelter fue un flechazo! Tiene alguna canción prescindible, pero está bastante bien.

Y más adelante me lancé a escuchar Songs from the big chair, considerado su obra maestra. Supone una evolución frente al disco anterior, no hay duda.

Tambien he escuchado alguna vez The tipping point, su último disco de hace un par de años.

Antes de profundizar en este grupo, me daba la impresión de que eran dos niñatos guaperas, con letras superficiales. En realidad las letras ahondan bastante en sus traumas, en su pasado complicado, ahondando en sus heridas...

Y ahí me he quedado de momento, sigo degustando esos tres discos :cooldoge:

Maybe a controversial opinion, but I prefer this version of Mad World over the Donnie Darko cover. I know why the cover went all dark and moody (back before every Hollywood trailer was "dark and moody cover song"), but the lyrics are *so cheesy* that the synthy original still works better for me!

Haven’t played this #vinyl enough. #tearsforfears The Tipping Point. Lush production as usual from them, the songs are superb but the influences of each are easy to spot. However I will excuse them as it’s just a great album. Every home should have one
