Client has been using Flare but finds it too difficult and cumbersome. I know Paligo publishes to Zendesk very well, but it is also likely to be too complex for the client.
I'm thinking writing natively in ZD might be the easiest option. Use a simple tool to make a standalone quick guide with a QR code to the more detailed stuff in ZD.
