Yay, upgrade done, the ole 512gb SSD OS drive just wasn't cutting the mustard with WH Totalwar all installed, new 2tb ssd much better, old one re-partioned as storage drive, yes I had to do it manually (diskpart in console) as they were protected OS/system/recovery partitions, but I got there, just a little fiddily.

Definitely not for beginners.
