Obligatory introduction post.

Hi 👋, I’m Lily. I am primarily an interface #writer with an academic background in #rhetoric, #technicalcommunications, and #linguistics. I currently develop a support #conversational AI bot for a large company. I also work in #contentstrategy and #UXwriting for that same team.

Earlier this year, I completed a Master’s thesis on #empathy in conversational AI and continue self-guided research on empathy and emotion in #AI, as well as #ethics.
