I used an SD card for music storage for a time and some metadata got messed up years ago (mostly Date Created). All my music’s local now, but are these files “suspect” now for future random corruption, or is that a one-instance event?

I'm going for it! I'm starting my transition away from private cloud to self hosting as much as possible.

It's going to be a big change, but will be great alongside my switch from iOS to Android, and my desktop to Linux.

It's a big investment, but one that's going to /seriously/ repay later, especially when I move in Summer and get real busy.

I’ve been offered enough money for my iPhone 13 Pro Max and apple watch to trade it in for a Pixel 7 Pro and get some earbuds with it too. I won’t have to spend any money, great!

So, question for the tech savvy. I keep getting notifications that "name..buncha numbers" followed me on Instagram. But then, there is no follower in my list(or account with the name at all). I get 2 or 3 of these notifications a day, and they are all different account names.

I keep getting a "Rate limited. Please try again after xxx time" message when I try to post, and even (I think) when my feed is just trying to refresh. Occasionally I can get a post through or get a refresh.

Is that a known issue? Is it likely to be a server/instance issue, or a problem with my account?

Edit: Also happens with attempts to boost or star. I hadn't been on at all today previously.

What's a good and trustworthy #Domain registrar to use? I have a good local one but that has limited options available.

Question for tech people: Can’t log into my bank account, repeated error message. I call the bank and ID myself and they instantly send me a co-browsing link that pops up in the middle of the bank screen. That I am not logged into. How are they doing it?
