Looks like a Nokia 3310, which was discontinued in 2005. And the βReady to Goβ product name, introduced by Eircell in 1997, was dropped by @VodafoneIreland sometime in the noughties.

This was a complete #strowger #TelephoneExchange built into a trailer.
It was designed to provide service if the existing exchange suffered damage (fire, storm, gas explosion etc) or as a temporary measure while an exchange was upgraded or extended.
