Walked in my local #PNC #banking branch and they've replaced the #tellers with a #machine so I walked back out again to open a new account at a different bank. I'm sorry, but sometimes you want a real person. I'm not ok with this. Employ people for services, not machines. Will be closing all my accounts with that bank.
