The last City Walk of the KFG 2779 engaged with the topic of #temporalities of which we discussed three aspects: the question of multiple #memories with the visit of the new Synagogue in #Erfurt spatial unity and temporal multiplicity at the St Ägidien church, and, finally, hierarchical temporality with the Christmas market as a significant urban manifestation of the Christian temporality.

Time for an #introduction:

I’m a lecturer at the department of literature, arts, and media @unikonstanz researching and teaching in the fields of British and American Studies.

Main interests: #HistoricalFiction #Seriality #Complexity #TVStudies and related fields of #nostalgia #trauma #temporalities etc.

In my PhD project (just submitted) I have looked at the neo-historical mode and its potential to reframe the past in contemporary TV dramas.
