Another shout for hints

Last year I bought the #tempotec V6 #dap on Kickstarter. Nice little audioplayer if not for the outdated #android version 8.1 🙄
Although it has #androidauto running, my #BMW 1 series doesn’t recognize it as an Android Auto device

Do you have an idea on how to get it working? Couldn’t find a support forum online for this device and the official Android Auto forum from Google is 💩
