I've been buggering about with a pencil this week while my brain attempts a hard restart and decompression from the school year. I have tried some figure drawing, and faces, and neither will be revealed because they're awful.
I can see echoes of my continuous line drawing in these but I like how pencil can articulate light and shade differently to a pen.
I am now resisting the urge to seek out the good drawing pencils.
