The neighbour's twin toddlers are having their morning meltdown. I would be a lot saltier about the perpetual noise (these kids are ALWAYS howling) if they didn't put a sock in it every night. As it is, I sleep soundly in absolute silence, and during the day I'm reminded that (a) there is a new generation growing up with energy to spare, that is (b) not my problem.
