There's an international SSB contest on all the HF bands.
28MHz is getting in to the Balkans pretty well (it must be if they can hear me!)

Conditions in IO92 for the #ARRL ten metre #contest are significantly worse than this time yesterday.
Although there's a few Russian stations they are weaker. I'm hearing some EA stations and very weak inter-G
