Any other #Pickleball players out there? Any advice on managing recurring #TennisElbow?

I've recently started playing Pickleball and absolutely love it, but my right elbow isn't cooperating.

Braich poenus ers 2 fis felly es i at y meddyg ddoe. Barn feddygol swyddogol = ysigiad penelin. Yn anffodus, dydy bod yn ddeuddeheuig ddim un o'm archbwerau ond dwi'n cael lot o ymarfer ar hyn o bryd.
Sore arm for 2 months so I went to the doctor yesterday. Official diagnosis = tennis elbow. Unfortunately, being ambidextrous isn't one of my superpowers but I'm currently getting a lot of practise.
