Have a look at #Zoom's new #terms, especially §10, which took effect on July 27th.
They can do whatever they like with your "Customer #Content" (session recordings, uploaded files, …) now, also with the related #metadata ("Service Generated Data"): machine learning, "sharing", … - "for any purpose, to the extent and in the manner permitted under applicable Law".
I'd say this sinks Zoom as an option within the #EU. No way to make this remotely compatible with the #GDPR.

#HunterBiden was supposed to go plead guilty as per #PleaAgreementDeal, but from the start, #prosecutors & Biden's #defense attys did not agree on the #terms of the #PleaDeal. #DOJ wouldn't allow for #immunity from future additional #charges w/ regards to #tax charges (they only disagreed upon new potential #TaxLaw charges, nothing else). So #Hunter ultimately submitted a #plea of #NotGuilty. What a mess.

Wichtig ist nur, dass wir in einer Art #Terms-of-Service #Gehege sind, wo #Regierung und #Konzern irgendwie zu gegenseitigem #Einverständnis gekommen sind, das in der Regel so aussieht: "Macht was ihr wollt aber im Zweifel wollen wir #bestimmen".
Das ist einigermaßen Sinnlos weil der angestrebte Zustand von #Kontrolle permanent von einer übermächtigen #Lobby unterlaufen wird, die nur kurzfristige #Gewinninteressen vertritt.

They have removed the sections stating that they don't store your videos/chats/streams, and they've implemented new AIs. They also removed the section saying they would warn you in advance of these changes.
