Today’s (and yesterday’s I guess since it takes two days) other adventure is a round of sourdough bread, and mini baguettes for my first time, with a pork liver, chicken liver, pork belly, pork loin, and homemade bacon terrine. Let the Sunday afternoon relaxation begin.
