Friday night preparations for the #TexasChili cook-off today. Way too spicy yesterday, but that’s normally what you want as most of the “raw” heat dissipates overnight, and instead adds depth in flavor. Turning out real well today. Some final touches before I go, and this is a good contender to win 🙂
