A tremendous 2021 video of Texas Raiders, the B-17 that was lost yesterday in Dallas in a horrific accident. The B-17 was of the most important aircraft in WW2, particularly for its role liberating Europe from Nazi control. Fewer than ten remain in airworthy condition.

Hanging my head today after hearing about the crash in Dallas. Beyond the horrific loss of life, the destruction of that particular B-17 is a real blow. I was actually flying in that plane just a few weeks ago. To imagine the collision is sobering.
