The kids asked for one more Thai curry before they leave town in a couple of days. So I gladly obliged with a better red curry with capsicum, fresno chilies, carrots, and tofu. I had to keep it vegan and gluten free, which was no problem. This actually came out closer to a panang with the peanuts in it. When even the baby thinks it tastes good with rice, I know I did a good job. #Thaifood #thaicuisine #homecooking

Today’s lunch is khao man gai, basically Thailand’s Hainanese chicken rice. Not sure which came first tho, #Singapore or #Thailand. I love them both lol
