Last night's meal with friends at Boonta Too Thai in Abergavenny. Food was great as usual but goodness, it was a full hour before we got our starters and another very long wait for mains. Thank goodness it was so good when it did come out!

I wanted to find out what the actual name of the dish was, and came across this page about a *very* similar dish done in Thailand: "Goong Ten"
Based on the accompaniments my thinking is "damn, this would be fire if, like... stir fried in a wok".

Lucky me! 🥰 Our first dish: Stir-fry chicken with peppers & Thai chili paste. YUM! I threw in some extra hot chilis from our garden since this recipe is a bit mild for our tastes. Will work also well with tofu, shrimp or pork.
