Our school offers free breakfast for kids and allows parents to go in and sit with them. I have to say, I have been loving this. Made our morning routine simpler, cheaper, and increased quality of our time together. Love it! #thankful

Kid’s friend’s family’s business came home today with three used 60” HDTVs that they wanted to just give away.

Well, sure, we’ll take one. I’ve been wanting a garage/patio TV for a while but would never spend the money. But $70 for a rolling TV cart for a free TV?Sold. By this weekend I’ll have a patio TV.

1. My 10 y.o. daughter is safe and in good spirits after a tough crash on her bike. No lost teeth, thankfully, although she banged her chin.

2. My 7 y.o. lost her second tooth this morning. It's been wiggly for months. The Tooth Fairy will be visiting tonight.

3. We are finally having a dry Friday night, so I can go see the free live music that's been advertised all summer.

I'm aware it exists (YMMV -- my instance doesn't block very many sites, so I can see many of the notorious ones) It's sadly kind of endemic to everything (fixing it one place won't fix it everywhere, we need to fix it everywhere).
