Today was a glass guy coming for the broken window. Got a bid on the glass and it’s high, but I can’t do it so I’m not really complaining. Then the electrician came. He did the “what the hell does this switch do” game. Then he opened the breaker panel. To say it was bad is an understatement. The roof is going to go 14k. The electrical probably 10k. And tomorrow we find out about the sewer stack. I’m not sure I’m ready for this. #CodeViolations #ThankGodTheHouseHasntBurnedDown
