Using up all those Thanksgiving leftovers can be a challenge, but this actually worked pretty well for a Monday "do I really have to go back to work?" breakfast:

Cornbread stuffing with sautéed peppers and onions and two sous vide "perfect eggs" (64.5C for 45 minutes) and a couple of drops of hot sauce.
