So. After drinking some more fluid, I feel a LOT better. Which is good, because we forgot about our Labrador’s hydrotherapy and my wife had to tear out to fix that little issue.

Which left me unpacking, walking Ghost, and cleaning the fridge. Looks pretty good now though! #thanksgivingprep.

Are many Americans doing #ThanksgivingPrep #cooking ahead of time this week? Today I made bone broth for gravy, tomorrow is cranberry orange relish. and Wednesday I'll do the mashed potatoes. Family's taking care of a lot of the rest. Yum!

So, I thought I was buying us a small turkey. I mean, we are just two people in my household and I've been searching for a small bird for ages. Everything was 13lbs or up. I see turkeys are $1.98/lb and grabbed a 14lb one thinking PERFECT a 7lb bird isn't gonna give us too many leftovers.

I got a 14lb turkey at .98c/lb 😭
