Estoy feliz. Gracias a #Syncthing pude sincronizar mi vault de #Obsidian con los resúmenes para la prueba de residencia entre mi pc y el celular. Primero probé con pCloud, que tiene cliente para Linux, pero Android le restringía los permisos para solo poder acceder a archivos multimedia #ThanksObama .
#Syncthing funciona como un servicio #p2p entre los dipositivos asociados (o así lo entendí yo al menos), por lo que no hay nube en el medio, los archivos se copian de un dispositivo a otro de forma directa y en tiempo real.
Setearlo puede ser un poco más complicado de lo que parece, pero si no hacen como yo y miran las notificaciones del celular les va a resultar más fácil, je.
No estoy seguro que funcione con dispositivos apple.

La soberanía sobre mis datos, y la eliminación de terceros a la hora de compartir mis archivos es algo que vengo buscando hace bastante tiempo ya. Pero lo más triste de esto es que la razón por la que tengo que buscarle la vuelta es porque la integración de Google Drive, o cualquier nube convencional, en Linux sigue siendo bastante magra.
Soy consciente que Obsidian tiene una suscripción paga que permite sincronizar Vaults entre dispositivos. Pero en este momento la cuestión económica no me estaría dejando mucho margen para eso. Si me pagaran en fecha no lo dudaría.
Así que ya lo saben amigos. Sincronizar dispositivos en Linux es más fácil de lo que parece.
