I know it's difficult to think beyond the ongoing election results but as a Gold Star daughter I want to remind you that this week is also #VeteransDay. My father never made it home from Vietnam, but if you know someone who did make it home from the battlefield, give them a call, send them a note, find a way to say "Thank you for your service."
