The road to PBP, part 3: The SIR Spring 400K. This was a challenging ride, possibly the hardest 400K I've ever ridden. Whidbey Island is good training for PBP -- constant hills, very little flat sections. Many of the hills are steeper than anything we'll see in France, but still -- good training.
