Welp, didn't measure my distance and I'm too lazy to check it on OSM, but I'm pretty sure I ran at least a half marathon today, maybe more. I know that a 15k on a track usually takes me around 1.5 hours, and I ran about 3-ish hours, so it was probably in the 30k range. 🤔
The route took me through the flood zone forest next to the Maros, so I got to see some cool nature, and lots of doggos.

Went skateboarding a bit today after not having touched it for more than a year and I'm glad to announce that I am still approximately just as bad at ollies as I was a year ago. I honestly thought I'd fall on my face, so I'm pleasantly surprised.
Also TIL you can use an air compressor to clean your grip tape.

A bit fuzzy on the exact number because I forgot to stop the watch for a few minutes at least.
Got assigned a more difficult exercise on swim class compared to the others. This is my proudest moment. UwU

Improved my 1000 meter freestyle (but tbh mostly breaststroke, my front still sucks) time by 4 minutes compared to the beginning of the semester and/or I'm getting better at counting laps and not going an extra lap by accident. Either way, it's progress. UwU

do yall listen to music/audiobooks/podcasts/etc while running?
I've tried to a few times but it always messes up my rhythm, even if it's just plain prose.
Been trying a sort of "squat table" setup the past week or so, because I'm both metaphorically and often literally sick of sitting at my desk, but despite being in pretty good shape and having pretty strong legs, it's... pretty challenging. Often I find myself lying down instead.
Anyone tried something similar?

And yeah this time I actually ran on a track so for the first time since high school I actually measured how far I ran. Didn't measure the time though.
I consider dragging the chair with one arm next to my bike as the second half of today's workout.

I don't usually like running on tracks because I always kept pushing myself way too hard to run faster than everyone and ran out of juice too early, but this time I made an exception and actually managed to not try to show off.
