New #research, published in #TheAstrophysicalJournal, has revealed the distribution of #darkmatter in never-before-seen detail, down to a scale of 30,000 light-years. The observed distribution #fluctuations provide better constraints on the nature of dark matter.

Now, a #study of the slow-moving, star-forming #gas in the same #galaxy found to host an #FRB has been published in #TheAstrophysicalJournal. This is only the fourth-ever publication on two completely different areas of #astronomy describing the same galaxy.
