Well, Adam and I did several rounds of troubleshooting this afternoon. At the very least, the VGA cable between the booth and projector was suspect. And that was for either projector we tested. So, after running a replacement HDMI cable, and repositioning the loaner projector, we're back in business.

You arrive at tech rehearsal #2 and you have to track down a buzzing speaker, a speaker that was perfectly clear two days ago, and the only solution is to re-purpose a different audio line *and* replace that speaker...
