In fact I would gladly pay to watch movies at TIFF (its only a couple hours from me) and never set foot in regular theatres again.

I got to sit through an ad about how movies are meant to be seen in theatres, a thank-you message from Tom Cruise and director about being in a theatre, and other references to how much better movies are in theatres.
Honestly the movie was great but ...

What I hate about #theatres and #concerts are the standing ovations and when audiences are encouraged to stand & join in.
Why is that so dreadful?
Because - Mrs Mike, being #disabled cannot easily stand, and I stay sitting with her.
It means we can't see what's going on, and get strange looks from people around us.
Performers & theatre owners please remember your disabled fans!
