who the hell is The Bourne Legacy made for? Who needed to see the continuing saga of Treadstone sooo badly, even if Matt Damon//Jason Bourne isn’t in it?

Like, Treadstone is really just a generic CIA conspiracy. What made the series interesting was Jason Bourne and his quest to discover his past life. A Bourne movie without Bourne is a weird decision.
