Feeling a little stressed and just down, I needed something to pick me up.

Bored and looking for a distraction, I went to the television.

I’m not a huge fan, and it’s seldom the first place I’d go, but there I was. And it was on #AppleTVPlus that I found #TheBoyTheMoleTheFoxAndTheHorse.

It’s good. It’s deep. It’s thought provoking.

I just watched #TheBoyTheMoleTheFoxAndTheHorse. First and foremost, #TheCakeIsALie, but on a more serious note, the film feels like a kid friendly How To Deal With Depression? That's my takeaway from it anyway. The Boy feels lost and unsure of himself, unloved. The animals tell him that he *is* loved though, that being honst is always interesting (i.e. not to bottle up), and my favourite: "Asking for help isn't giving up - it's refusing to give up."

I watched #theboythemolethefoxandthehorse last night. While I do think some of the lines were definitely too on the nose. I cried nevertheless. The art and story were beautiful and felt warm and kind.
