My first was #TheCementGarden when I was 18. Next, #TheInnocent and #BlackDogs, all back to back. I was hooked. My university library was very good, pretty sure the Lit classes studied some of them hence the abundance.
If you haven’t read these #books I can highly recommend them. My favorite author for sure. If I had to pick a favorite #IanMcEwan novel I would probably say #Atonement or #TheInnocent… but it’s super tricky. So many outstanding works.
