More of the Child Catcher from Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, who was originally just called "the Child Catcher". I had to give him a name and he was originally named "Goupil" back in my high school days. Buuut, I right now call him Ivan. So yeah, here he is, adjusting his bow tie and getting ready for the day, and you could hear the score of, like, easy-listening music from the 1960s of... probably Mantovani, lol.

Went down to Memory Lane and watched a bit of the good ol' classic film, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, and I had to draw the Child Catcher with some secret police officers, which were made WAAY back in my high school days. And now, I decided to give them a more modified appearance. ^^
