Tried to listen to the remaining episodes of #TheDarkIsRising that I hadn't got around to listening to yet and... I just can't. I haaaate the narrator's gravelly portentous tones - they make every scene sound like a cheesy movie trailer.

And Merriman sounds far too young.

I really feel like I'm missing something somewhere, because everyone else seems to love this adaptation, and I don't.

This radio adaptation of #TheDarkIsRising is perfect for this time of year. I loved it.
