@friendlydragonspouse Many Labour MPs opposed PFI & Jeremy’s debate explains why. Whenever we questioned PFI, we were told it was good value for money because otherwise capital projects could not take place. The only reason they couldn’t take place was because of arbitrary self-imposed rules that prevented public borrowing, even at a much cheaper cost.
