I just finished reading #TheFiftySevenBus because I had a parent & a teacher tell me to remove it from the #schoollibrary because of inappropriate topics & language. Well, this book is an excellent #nonfiction true telling of a #hatecrime incident & takes an intelligent look at both #homophobia & the #JusticeSystem. There is nothing at all wrong with having this #book in middle schools & high schools, & anyone attacking it & wanting it banned is either homophobic, racist, or hasn’t even read it.
