So, uh. Anyone else watched #AdultSwim ‘s #TheFireplace (aka Adult Swim Yule Log) movie? I just finished watching it and I really and truly believe I’m going to think that entire thing was a fever dream later since I’m still on surgery meds. That being said, it was actually really good. Somehow managed to be funny at times, dark at others, and also political. I guess now I know how an adult swim horror movie would go. TW for mentioned sexual assault. It doesn’t happen, but it’s discussed.

Just watched @heyCasperKelly’s #TheFireplace with my brother & his girlfriend. They were so skeptical but by the end they could not look away to which I turned to them as the credits rolled and said ‘Never doubt me again’ — anyways #AdultSwimYuleLog is on HBO Max & a must watch!

There’s a film currently streaming on #HBOMax called #AdultSwimYuleLog aka #TheFirePlace and...well I frankly just don’t know where to begin...but #HolyCrap what a ride. If you want a #film viewing experience that is #unique in ways I lack the words to articulate, give this one a view, but give it several minutes and fight the urge to move on. You will expect none of what is to follow. I sincerely #recommend it. Note: it’s not a #Christmas movie, and definitely not #family friendly. #WatchIt
