Last night's #GoodTrouble took on the haters in a calm and kind way. But it made the point. This series, like #TheFosters before it, always takes on the hard stuff.

So...was fucking brothers like a thing on #ABCFamily? Because #TheSecretLifeOfTheAmericanTeenager has a story where one character is trying to have sex with her step brother, and Callie on #TheFosters was trying (and succeeded) to have sex with her foster brother.

We've been watching an old show called #TheFosters for the past several weeks.

Is it melodrama? Unapologetically. But how on earth did a show about #interracial #lesbian foster parents with #gay, #neurodivergent, #hormone-happy kids with a #trans love interest get on #ABCFamily back in 2013?!?! (And how did I not hear about it until a decade later?)

Also: a high school with a beach. Clearly, I live in the wrong part of the USA.

So disappointed that the series didn't end with Callie and Mariana saying, "Now let's go make some good trouble."
