todays meal: potato dumplings , with tofu-soy-onion filling, with red cabbage(not in photo). at the 2nd round of the meal, sliced dumplings, roasted and with extra egg-mix(made with corn flour, soy flour, turmeric, sulphur salt and yeast flakes).

I did a batch of seitan for Letcho. earlier in the supermarket I the packed vegan minced meat too expensive for me. it's just not worth it to me, I'd rather direct my money somewhere else.
I took seitan powder, added garlic, pepper, salt, soy sauce, light miso, marjoram, paprika powder, concentrated tomato paste.... and hot water. mixed it in a bowl, let it sit for 8~10min, broke the seitan up and roasted it in a pan. than, out of the pan, cut in small pieces for the letcho. purrrfect π».

Days ago I saw here a toot about oat drink, made via Enzymes.(sadly I couldn't find it again). I ordered the enzymes from https://www.nectarbar.de/ and I am excited.
Normally I made oat drink with cold water mix it with oats, blend it fast, add sugar sunflower oil, soy bean powder and salt. (the cold temperature is important to not get oat goo.)
I made the new oat drink with the enzymes according to instructions, tastes sweet without extra sugar, good white color and texture. tasty.π€€π₯
