To complete the trilogy #thegameplace #stone the only video game store in the town, next closest was it's big sister in #longton and little sister in #hanley. 2009-2015 pictured in march 2012 before a "golden period" which saw it regularly beat longton despite being a third of its size but it's collapse was swift in 2015 as digital distribution took the customers and the tenant of the flat above defaulted, then robbed me, then squatted - the straw that broke the business!

The cash machine installed in 2011 had been done without planning consent, the council enforced removal which coincided with an offer for the lease. I couldn't get out fast enough. A financial disaster for me and my business.
