When I watched Call Me By Your Name for the first time, I was falling into one of the worst mental health crises of my adult life. I ended up laying on my bedroom floor for an entire day, sobbing & gasping for air, unable to talk. It's as if years of trauma & grief & sorrow all bubbled to the surface finally and crippled me. It was a turning point. The decisions I made during that time completely changed the course of my life.
