Starting "The Labyrinth", a graphic novel by Simon Stålenhag. If it's like his earlier work, it's better described as an art book than a graphic novel. It doesn't have multi-panel pages and word ballons. It's a large format hardcover book (approx 10" square), with full-page art of single scenes, sometimes a double-page spreads, with a few paragraphs of prose on the opposite page. They're moody, realistic dystopian near-future science fiction. The art is fantastic and the stories are almost mundane, laced with sadness and creepiness. They're subtle and moody.
