Heute The #Lighthouse, Opernproduktion des #NTM in der Alten Schildkrötfabrik. Die Plätze waren nur zu ca. einem Drittel gefüllt. Eine tolle Kammeroper mit drei großartigen Sängerdarstellern.
Noch am 4.,5.,7., 9. Mai zu sehen. Lohnt sich!

Positiv an diesem Tag: Zeit für ein wundervolles Geburtstagsgeschenk. Ich habe "Der Leuchtturm" tatsächlich schon gesehen, als er vor drei Jahren ganz frisch draußen war - und war sofort total begeistert! Manchmal muss es eben auch mal eine richtig weirde Geschichte am Meer und in schwarz-weiß sein! Sicher, das ist nichts für jede:n. Aber hohe Kunst ist der Film allemal. Auf jeden Fall einen zweiten (und dritten, vierten, ...) Durchgang wert. #TheLighthouse

Today's random #Discogs choice The Lighthouse OST 2019. Music to perfectly sum up a stay on an island covered in mist, with weird shit going on. Willem Defoe was bloody brilliant in this film.

Dafoe, however, will not be playing the titular vampire -- he played the role in #ShadowOfTheVampire, earning an Oscar nomination in the process -- he will be played by Skarsgard instead.
