The #fallacy of the day is Equivocation.

To Equivocate is to treat two distinct usages of the same word as being identical in meaning.

For example re: the usage of the term racism.

"The black kid said white people don't understand systemic oppression and I am equivocating that generalization against my political identifier as being equal in priority to address as a social phenomena to cop shootings that disproportionately target black Americans at a rate noticeably higher than even other minority groups including Asians and Latinos. Not just slightly higher but so much higher that its been an ongoing nation wide discussion for an embarrasing number of decades. I fully admit that racial bigotry is more severe when assisted institutionally but I will ignore that for points because my well being isn't at stake this is just a hobby for me."
