I had tried to do WFPB many times before I was able to stick to it. One of the first tries was the McDougall Diet. Part of that was Mary's mini. It worked but the weight would come back because I was going back to a standard American diet, not a WFPB diet. Have you tried it since going WFPB? What was your experience?
