Just in case you weren't aware, the creators dumped spoilers for season 2 on Tumblr when they found out it was cancelled

I absolutely loved #themidnightclub - maybe an unpopular opinion but I think it's the best of the #mikeflanagan series.

Just began #themidnightclub and I dud not know It was influenced by the Midnight Society from #areyouafraidofthedark but the weirdest thing is in Spanish the Nickelodeon's Society was not translated as La Sociedad de la Medianoche but as El Club de Medianoche (and it's a better translation because of use and so), and they used that as a title for the show itself instead of ¿Te da miedo la oscuridad?

To sum up
In Spanish we have the two shows called ver similar (El Club de LA Medianoche and El Club de Medianoche) and I wasn't aware one was influenced the other cause I thought It was simple naming convergence.

About the Flanagan's show, I'm liking it!

Je ne suis pas trop frustré de l’annulation de #TheMidnightClub, le mystère du Paragon étant ce qui m’a le moins intéressé. Le cœur de la série de Mike Flanagan reste pour moi sa très belle galerie d’ados condamnés et le rapport à la fiction pour s’exprimer sur leur condition
