I’m all caught up with The Murderbot Diaries (including shorts) and have pre-ordered the next one; but I’m still not ready to get back into The Expanse series.

Alright, this is a good start. #TheMurderbotDiaries has a really strong start. I'm only a few pages in but I think this is exactly what I needed to buffer where I'm at in The Expanse series.

Originally, I planned to check my backlog and choose a new book today. However, I found myself sleepless last night, so I left the bed, grabbed the reader and chose what seemed the most appealing at this moment.

These summer days (I’m in NZ) I listen to audiobooks more than I sit & read but I’m more likely to give up on an audiobook. Never under-estimate the value of a good narrator. Better not to have an audiobook version than to have a poorly-narrated one, imo.

She's listened to #ProjectHailMary about 15 times according to her father, so I know #andyWeir will meet with approval.

Thinking I might try #TheMurderbotDiaries. Any others to consider?

My favorite media right now is #WarriorNun. I'm so glad I started! I'm not done but I've spoiled myself for some stuff and am so excited to get there. Badass lady warriors have character growth and slowwwwburn queer feelings for one another in a supernatural fighting visual bonanza of a series.

In print media, #TheMurderBotDiaries by Martha Wells is a runaway favorite - I've reread the entire series 3 or 4 times since August. MurderBot just speaks to me, I don't know why but I love it.
